Kris has practiced telecommunications and Internet law since 1997. After working for firms in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, Kris started his own firm in 2002 continuing to represent ISPs and CLECs. He represents clients operating in every state in the U.S.

Kris has been married for eleven years to Elizabeth McGuire. She is completing a Ph.D. dissertation in Russian history at U.C. Berkeley. They have a two year old son named Misha who is already a Red Sox fan.
