Bettye Gadison has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years, with several years serving as an executive assistant to the president of a RBOC where she was responsible for the oversight and coordination of the company’s regulatory activities.  A native Californian, she graduated Los Angeles City College and then attended the University of West Los Angeles where she received her paralegal certification.  Bettye then moved to Denver, Colorado where she continued her studies and received her designation as a certified legal assistant through NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants), the nation’s highest recognized certificating body for paralegals.  She then served as a litigation paralegal to several AV rated Colorado litigation firms until she recently relocated to the northern California area. 

 

Bettye brings a proven track record and wealth of experience to LOKT in her capacity as the firm’s Regulatory Compliance Assistant.  She is also a volunteer member of CASA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of abused, abandoned and neglected children, where she serves as a court-appointed special advocate for the rights and best interests of minor children immersed in the juvenile court and child welfare systems.
